Okay people, time to start taking a head count for next month's challenge! I want to make this more open to ALL forms of exercise that work that belly and mid section flab! SO!
1. Any sort of ab work counts! Count those situps, crunches, leg lifts, whatever you are doing to work on that belly!
2. Give me a total count that you want to hit for it (include total for all different types of ab work you do ADDED together, I'm not going to track each form of exercise, just one total count of reps).
3. Fine tuning! I will not be checking every signature, every day for updates. I will start a reporting thread and I will get my updates daily from those thread posts. PLEASE when you update, help me out, give me something like: 200/5000 and keep a running count! Or at least be very specific with your number for the day. Things like.. I've done 30 so far every day doesn't help me.. If you say "300 for today!" that I can work with.
Let the sign up begin with me! I'm in for 1550 total for march!
