  • March "Any Exercise Machine" Exercise Challenge

    Okay guys, I know this has a funny name, but I think it's a great idea!!

    It was going to be the March Elliptical Exercise Challenge, but why?!? I was thinking, their are people on this board who dont' have either a treadmill or an elliptical, but another exercise machine instead. It's not fair for them to not have a challenge, soooo LETS DO THIS TOGETHER!!!

    A rower, a stationary bike, anything!!!! If you bought it, use it!!!

    If you wanna join, just post your goal for March and you're in! Not too hard, right!?!

    I can't wait to see the turn out for this challenge. Hopefully we can get to our goals and make new friends along the way!!!

    My Goal for March is 300 minutes on the elliptical. I Know it's low, but w/ my back and all, I need to take it kinda easy. A low number will be obtainable and I won't hurt myself trying to get to some outragious number! LOL

    I'm in!! I have an Eliptical, and I am setting my goal at 25 miles for the month. I know this seems low, but I have been working on moving the settings up. I am on 3 right now (it goes up to 12), so part of my goal will also be to move up to setting 4. Thank you!!!
    What would we do without it?

      I will commit to another 300 minutes on eliptical this month.

        Alrighty!! Welcome Sunflower girl! Those sound like EXCELLENT goals to have. They don't sound little at all. My number will be very low this month as well, just not sure how low! LOL! You do what you can, and that's awesome! Something is better than nothing, right!?!

        Thanks Rich. I was just thinking, excluding people from a challenge b/c of their machine is stupid! LOL. Plus, we could really get this place Bumpin!!! Wahoo!! LOL

            I'm in for 1200 minutes for March. I'll be doing the treadmill, rowing machine and stair climber.

              Great idea! For March, my goal will be 1000 minutes total on the stationary bike, treadmill, and ellipical machines. I hope to do more, but we'll see!

                Wow! This is so awesome! I am so glad you guys like this idea. I was afraid it was gonna be a total FLOP! LOL. My ideas tend to do that more often than not! LOL

                              You can do more than one, if you like. A few people are doing a total number on all their machines, and other are doing just 2 seperate ones. YOu can do whatever you like!
