216 more for me!! I found a new crunch for my lower abs that I can actually do...and isolate the abs! It's called the frog. Basically, lay on your back put your heels together (knees pointed out) in a kinda yoga pose and then lift your legs up contracting the lower abs. Anyway, that's 1180/1500 done this month!
