                It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                                Yikes...I have been so busy with school I haven't had a lot of time to check in! I've been walking but no crunching...I'll try to do some tonight and get started in earnest tomorrow! I'll try to check in every day or so, or at the very least update my siggy!
