            i took a couple days off because i wasn't feeling well... so i did 50 situps on 3/8/6 for a total of 255/1240

            feeling the changes in my ab already though.....

                        Reverse crunches are when you try to bring your knees up to your chest. I think it works the lower part of your abs. They are hard--my limit is about five and I can only do them laying on a bench because I have to grab onto something to get traction. Try them some time-your innards will get all crunched up and you can really feel the difference.

                          I'm up to 450/1500 - gotta get moving faster!!! Time has been an issue for posting more than doing the crunches. I'll be up to 500 tonight without fail........

                              For some reason, it was like pulling teeth this morning, but I did my 100 crunches anyway.
                              No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
