        10 more....that makes it 20/200.....I'm still at my thighs and my arms are tremnbling like I don't know....I'm afraid I'm gonna fall head down onto the floor....LOL
        I'm hoping that by mid-march I'll be better and maybe able to get the ball down to my knees instead of thighs.....Wishful thinking.

          good deal for everybody! elmark, as you get used to the ball , you will get more steady on it.
          as we move along, we will all be able to move that balll closer to our ankles.

            The push ups were much harder today since my arms were still weak from yesterday. 50 push ups completed.

                reporting for 3/2/6- i did 15 push ups today. ball at my thighs. whew!! arms are shaky but it's good to feel the burn

                            I do not mean to be a show off, just trying to get the best results. If anything it is hurting my chances at the goal for the month, but I am getting so much stronger!!!

                              hey if you got it, flaunt it! i think it is very cool that you can go to your ankles! gives me inspiration to carry on and shoot for something! be proud!

                              a number is a number.....stronger is better! you'll get no gripes from me if you are stronger even if you don't reach that "goal" number. no gripes at all!!!
