I have finally started exercising. Started last week and have worked my way up to 45 minutes. Goal for now is 60 per day. I am not as concerned at this point with how many miles I get in as I am in watching my heart rate and making sure it does not get too high. I am not real sure on how to get the cute little things to post in my signature, even though I read the instructions, sorry. Is there anyone who can give a little help? I would also appreciate it if there is someone in the ADBB world that can help me update my weight counter. Think original girl has gotten so thin she blew away. ?????
