    1 hour 10 minutes of Vigorous weight training I am olly banking 406 points so if I am lgging this wrong let me KNow cause I really do thing I should be getting more Points for sure.

      i log mine the same way, sarah. just the exercise, whether it's the pushups or biking. i didn't log anything for the boxes that i moved or the stairclimbing i have been doing. i have recorded a few times that i mowed but i had a big yard with a push mower. it is also taking me a long time to get to silver. gold might be years away! lol

        Me too, I only log my excercise.

        I dont bother logging the crunches that I do though. Hardly seems worth logging 5 - 7 minutes or however long it takes.

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          YA I have logged my Lawn Mowing too it takes me over 1 hour to Push mow the thing so I log that other then that I don't. HE HE. Or if I stick my kid in the backpack and go for a walk I log that LOL But man that's freaken hard.

            that is wierd Sarah cause I score 875 points on my lifting (90 min) and cardio day and 816 points on HIIT day. I figured with your weight lifting every day plus your running you'd be getting lots of points and were just not logging them cause you didn't know it would let you have more then 750 a day.

              You get way More Points then I get Where are you logging your weight lifting are you logging it as something elese cause I have never got more then 406 for lifting and that was 70 minutes. And running for 2 hours only gets me 11oo points Even when I lift and run both the same day I get only 800 points so I don't know where you are loggin but, I wanna know.

                They told me when I started using the pres site speeds over 6MPH for walking I should use the running 8-12 min miles cause race walking gets less points then walking faster then 5 MPH does and they were aware of it and would fix it (but haven't and it has been 3 yrs now) I log the cardio 45 min as that and the weight lifting as vigorous. I do 90 min 3 times a week lifting

                    You must Exercise more then Me 2 Big cause I just don't seem to be adding Up he he OH well. I exercise 6 days a week well except this week I run 4-5 days and weight train 4 days as well HE HE

                      if you want to switch back to the champions challenge it will transfer all your points toward those medals and then you can join wannabe, rich and me in the chase for the platinum. but you have to decide before you earn a gold once you do the points are gone and you can't switch them back to the other challenge if you change your mind.

                          sorry wannabe yep I earned my preformance gold and now I need 1,000,000 points to get to platinum. According to the site Only 833,681 points to go but i haven't logged any workouts since the 9ths so I have some points coming for my HIIT and Lifting for last week still
