it has been a long week at Mother's and I have been to the gym and on the treadmill just haven't gotten it logged cause like a small child when you leave the room they either follow you or get into stuff so my only free time is when she is showering and logging exercise just isn't a priority right them.

I know it's the lowest rung on the totem pole, but I'm thrilled to have finally achieved my President's Active Lifestyle Award on 4/15! Now I'm heading for the bronze in Presidential Champions, can't wait! I'm SO HAPPY to see the points carry over from Active Lifestyle to Presidential Champions, so I'm already 34% of the way there, yay!

I was 100% sedentary before I joined the challenge, so I figured I better start at the VERY bottom with the President's Active Lifestyle program. I've moved to President's Champion's now, so I'll be in sync with everyone else when I finally win the bronze.
