Inclined Barbell Bench Press DROP SET
13 x 20lb, 13 x 20lb, 10 x 20lb, 8 x 10lb
Close Grip Barbell Bench Press DROP SET
7 x 20lb, 7 x 20lb, 7 x 10lb, 7 x 10lb
Incline Dumbell Press
7 x 10lb each hand x 3 sets, 6 x 10lb each hand
Lying Press
7 x 10lb total x 4 sets
Flat Bench Dumbell Flies
7 x 10lb each hand x 4 sets
Seated Dumbell Extensions
7 x 10lb total x 4 sets
HIIT - 10 min at 3.5 mph on 3.0 Incline
Yes, especially when you do them AFTER all that! :P I FEEL LIKE A NOODLE WOMAN! (Shirutaki of course )

Ohhh, now that you say the show name, I know who you're talking about, he is a hunk! I don't watch much TV, or at least I didn't, now I will watch more since I have a TV and the computer in the same room! LOL
