    Okay, if any one has any questions, let me know and I'll answer them when I get back. Any kind of ab work counts, we'll sign up and report in this one thread. Please make sure if you can to give me a count each time like...

    100 done for Monday, 100/1500 completed (or something like that)!

    Oh goodie, get to be the first one to sign up for May.
    Going to go for 1500 again this month cause I'd like to shoot for 100 every other day rather than every day.

          Can we commit to something smaller, say, 1000? I am still working up from my C- section and I have gone from being able to do none to being able to handle about 20 daily. Is this cool?

                  OH shoot.. I forgot to post for the past few days...SORRY!
                  I have done 30 each day for the past 3 days...
                  I did Fri. 30, Sat. 30 Hubby did 16 Woo Hoo LOL, Sun. 30 and my 6yr. old son aka Brat (ADHD) did 60 Grrrrr... to be young, skinny and have all that energy.

                        You guys and girls are really impressive. Today is my first day of induction; however, last week I tried to get my body ready.

                        For anyone interested...I have found an Abs Workout on Comcast Cable On Demand under ExerciseTV. The Abs Worksout is only 10 minutes long and works every ab from lower to upper. I only did it 3 time but I find it to be real easy. I would say in all you do about 50-75 abs. So I would say my goal for May would be...

                        1000 for the Month of May (will strive for 1500)

                        I will be sure to post my results and add to my signature.

                          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                          what the rungs mean to me:
                          rung 1 - more veggies
                          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                          rung 4 - berries, melon
                          rung 5 - wine -
                          rung 6 - beans, hummus
                          rung 7 - other fruits
                          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                          (on to pre-maintenance)

                            I'm gonna call it for 2480 for the Month of May: 80 a day, double last month.

                            I'll hop on it at night. I find it easier to do them before bed.
