So Barbde inquiring minds want to know are you in the hunt for the platinum or are you stepping up to the performance challege?

Has anybody else noticed all the pres champion challenger medalers are either gold or bronze and drop out? where are the silver folk? Come on Jimmie 48 we need somebody to break that trend!

i'll do my best 2ibg! i have stepped up my biking and now that there's curtains in the living room i can do the ball and band again.

Sorry 2big I have been lagging about logging my exercise on the site but thanks to Jimmie she snapped me back into reality. I logged last weeks and this weeks. As of right now I'm at 5656. I really need to pick up the slack and get with the program. Just been a lot going on around here taking up all my time and memory (which is something I have always lacked > MEMORY) I'll add a ticker to remind me. Thanks everyone and CONGRATS BARBIEBABE!!!!
