      I did 30 mins on Sunday, 24 mins on Tuesday and Thursday.

      180/312 done.
      Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
      STAC Restart: 1/05/09
      306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

      Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
      Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

      Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
      Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
      Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
      Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

        Yesterday was 4 miles of walking - 2 15-minute 1-mile walks, and 1 35-minute 2-mile walk.

            Just popped in to say I'm up for the month of July for treadmill. Right now in June I'm just getting used to the whole concept of exercising... What a concept! Who invented this? Will see you all in July when I hope I'll be able to figure out how many minutes I can reasonably commit to doing a week... Thanks 2big.

              hey you can do June just tell us how many min you think you will do foir the rest of the month and then tell us all about your battles with the treadmill as you get going we were all beginners once too. as I said in the beginning I thought I was Rocky on top of those steps at 2.5MPH for 20 min. Now I'd walk right off the front of the treadmill if I went that slow.

                Hi 2big... Okay... now don't laugh... I'm doing 10 minutes 5 days a week... plus my weights. Next week I'm adding yoga. So.. 10 minutes x 5 equals 50 minutes a week until the end of june but I'm adding gradually as I go... So I just post here my 10 minutes? Once I've worked up to 40 minutes I'll be adding a walk I used to be able to do before that has hills and stuff in it... Its a two mile walk but I always have to stop and start with the dog doing its "business" along the way all the time...

                  Welcome, Aggie I am a recent starter to the June Treadmill Treckies and I've been cranking out the minutes each day, too. It is hard in the beginning and I hope to be running off the front of the treadmill like 2big can ....I go about 30 mins. each day....up the speed a bit to about 2.5 mph and work up a good sweat ....hopefully in a week or so I'll be able to push and go longer....I do feel great after the workout and a shower ....let's keep each other encouraged - we can all do it.... Nana

                  P.S. Hey all you seasoned posters out there ... Sure wish I could get my Century Club blinkies to take on my siggy....any suggestions to as what I am doing wrong, help!!!

                                Bestest, you dedicated thing you! I begged off doing the treadmill yesterday because of the heat so you just had to go and show me up eh? I will not use that "excuse" again then even though I thought it was a good excuse.... Today I'll do 12 minutes and put the fan on then....
