                Hey 2big, what are you doing for exercise these days??
                I added the rowing machine today, to my cardio workout. I think I will feel that tomorrow!

                    we can see it but not by name when you look at yourself compared to others in the challenge doing certain exercies. I'm logging cardio, walking,weight lifting. I'm doing those plus the ball stuff and the abs.

                            Well since it's summer and we have a pool in the back yard, I'm doing a lot of swimming. I'm also doing mountain biking, treadmill and some weights at home. I'm taking a break from my personal trainer for the summer.
