      30 min. walks last couple of days....hope to hit the treadmill a bit, too!!!

              did my cardio tuesday and today and HIIT yesterday for 2 yrs and 30 min total

                    Last week, I walked 45 mins. each day. Three of the days I did an additional 10 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes weight training. Didn't do any exercise today (raining+laziness=deadly combo) Must do better tomorrow!

                      61 minutes / 3.3 miles 11:30am

                            sorry I slept in today and skipped the gym did my HIIT on Monday and Wed and my cardio on tuesday.
