    Start it Up for me! I got through the second pliet phase today - UGH! I felt better doing it today though. I am starting to get a little sore, so I think I will be REALLY happy to just rest on Saturday

      Ok, guys I went home and had a million excuses for myself on why I didn't have to do Ramp it UP. I went as far as getting into my pajamas and curling up in bed with my book. But I knew that I wouldn't be able to work out today or Friday so I had to do it. Grudgingly I got out of bed and ramped it up!

      I am so sore, my freakin back is sore. My back muscles hurt, my butt hurts, my thighs hurt, my shoulders hurt, my abs hurt so much that I was whimpering during the ab workout last night. I hurt!!!

      Ok ok, enough whining. I got through the entire workout with no breaks and I even did all of the *** crampers. Oh I did have to take like a 2 second break to stretch out my other leg that was cramping up on my, I don't know why it still does that.

      Anywho, got my workout in for last night and am glad that I am taking a day off today, I will enjoy it!

            I did Ramp it Up! tonight!!! It's finally getting easier which is a good sign and a bad sign altogether! It means I'm getting stronger which is fantastic, but it also means it's time to consider moving to Burn it Up! AHHHHHHHHHHH!

            The real challenge begins this weekend. I'm going on a "vacation" to my parents home in PA for my sister's wedding shower. It should be challenging for me to get my daily workouts in but I'm really going to put all my effort into finding time. I'm sticking to Ramp it Up! while I'm in PA and if I get them in (I mean when I get them in!) I'll do Burn it Up! when I return.

            Alright, it's to bed with me! Keep strong for the weekend all!!!

              Did Start-it-Up again tonight. This was my sixth day and I'm really looking forward to tomorrow as my day off. I have to say I thought the program was easy the first time I tried it - I didn't get it really. Now I see that the pain comes as you go through it back to back for weeks. It feels good when I'm done but the next morning - oUCH! can't get out of bed. Will check back in on Saturday - WEEK 2. Keep up the good work everyone!!!

                I didn't post yesterday, I decided to stick with SIU and Slim & Limber, I also went to the beach yesterday and played in the waves for a few hours with my kids! I think that I will complete this week with SIU and begin RIU on Monday - We are going camping today so I will not be able to get my workout in tomorrow (Saturday) but I will use that as my day off I guess and work out on Sunday when I get home. I will try to do some fast walking around the campground on Saturday to keep my muscles loose - My legs feel almost normal again, and I can actually walk downstairs without feeling like I am going to fall at any second.
                Have a great weekend, I'll check in on Monday and post my progress!

                  So I was a good girl this morning and got up super early so I could Ramp it UP! before heading to PA for the weekend. Now I just have to worry about getting it in tomorrow, but I know I can do it! My stomach is feeling flatter!!!

                    Calling yesterday (Thursday) a "rest day"...not that I rested. Had a lot of running around to do and then worked at our church picnic from 4:00 to 11:00...constant walking and lifting...worked at the food stand. Left my house yesterday at 9AM and returned after midnight...just no time.

                    Today is SIU and S&L...even though my legs ache from standing for 7 hours, got up and did these workouts before I have to go out again today.

                        Yoly, Brook, Barb and everyone - good job! It really takes grit to just make ourselves do this when we are sore already. I think today will mark my first time of working out 5 days in a ROW and I will be SOOOOO happy to rest tomorrow. I did Start it up today. I hope to do it also on Sunday (as a bonus day - working out on weekends is kind of up in the air for me) or Monday all the way through, then I'll slowly add in Ramp It Up next week.

                                9/36 DONE! SIU.

                                I am really getting stronger and keeping up much better! By the time she gets to the squats my arms are burning so bad I have to put them on my hips for a rep or 2. I am doing 12 pushups now. I want to make it through the whole SIU workout without having to rest my arms or anything before I move on. I will probably be able to move on to RIU in 4 or 5 more days max.

                                What is up with the workout called "COOL IT OFF?" I saw it on ebay - it is supposedly for after the 6 weeks SIU is over. Is it any good? BROOK, Anyone? Has anyone done it and should I order it?
