    you need to figure your monthly total as your commitment to this challenge and post it in here and then just count them down or up every day in this topic.     sorry guys i didn't get this posted as planned on my trip.
    my miles since the 1st have been woefully lacking. I did walk as much as possible and I did learn stuff for the next trip so I can get miles done and get on line too.

    for the rest of this month it will be 3 days of 45 min cardio walking and 3 days HIIT 60 min workouts.

        will y'all be running screaming covering your ears or post your wtimes and miles? Surely i'm not the only treckie left.

        did my HIIT yesterday and my cardio today. I took a couple days off the treadmill last week to hike

            60 min HIIT today and I had a hard time wrapping my head around it.

                I heard 2Big singing clear over from the other side of the board and it made me feel guilty 'cause I've been slacking in the exercise department!

                Ok... only 3 days left in this month after today but I'm joining and pledging a whole 2 hours!

                    And I just did 60 minutes....3.2 miles on the treadmill which makes me halfway complete!

                      good to see you back. Did my gym workout so it was cardio 45 min today but then I mowed the 1/2 acer lawn too so I'm leg tired right now.

                        HIIT today and my legs are pooped and ready to cramp. i hate that cause you know it is going to happen and you hope like heck you got enough fluid calcium potassium magnessium in there to counter it but the twinge is there saying haha haha I'm going to get you.Can you tell I hate leg cramps?

                          Oh definitely.... leg cramps are awful. Thankfully (knock on wood) I haven't been bothered by them very often. My poor ex-husband used to battle them and I know how bad they must have hurt. Hope those twinges left and you didn't get them!

                          I did 40 minutes / 2.1 miles today.

                              don't scare me like that Sept goals go in the Sept topic which will go up later tonight and the August topic will be locked with the link to sept topic posted in it.

                              I did my cardio today and my legs feel much better looks like the cramping has passed.
