  • i need an exercise group!

    hey everyone! i'm not new to atkins, and i'm not new to exercise....but i'd like a group or challenge to join in. I'm usually a runner, but I've been battling a pretty bad ankle sprain the past month.

    i've been searching the boards but was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions??

    Stretch challenge: 65/620 minutes
    Cheat free days: 4/31

    there are a host of challenges going on.
    treadmill
    stability ball push ups
    calorie counting (using whatever equipment/exercise you can keep track of the calories)
    presidential challenge (running counts)
    pledging flights
    6 week exercise challenge (a new one starts in just a couple weeks)

    try the exercise forum. we have runners like ttdriver and iyamamascke over there. perhaps they can be of some help, too.
