        15 for me today. I worked weights on my upper body before doing them. Boy, that sure reduced my ablity to get my face off the floor today.

          ain't it the truth, kim! when i work outside i can't do near as many!

          this was a pledging flight day. i've been working on mount snowdon for so long that i just decided to git r dun! BUT i did hit the ball and did 5 at the shins.

            I just ran across this challenge hope it's not to late to join. I'm going to do 20 a day @ 7 times a week for a total of 500. Maybe this will reduce some of the flab on my upper arms.

                I did my 25 yesterday... barely. I managed my goal of swimming one mile without stopping. Then thought I could still do these ha ha. At 25 I just fell off the ball, onto the floor and layed there. My husband asked what I was doing. I said..... YOGA! he he! Sounded good anyway.
