I just ran across this challenge hope it's not to late to join. I'm going to do 20 a day @ 7 times a week for a total of 500. Maybe this will reduce some of the flab on my upper arms.
Just did 20.

I did my 25 yesterday... barely. I managed my goal of swimming one mile without stopping. Then thought I could still do these ha ha. At 25 I just fell off the ball, onto the floor and layed there. My husband asked what I was doing. I said..... YOGA! he he! Sounded good anyway.

Welcome to the challenge Misslili!! I'm glad you found us and it's never too late!
Pstansel - Way to go! 30 a day is fantastic!!
Boxermom - You are really knocking those out! Nice Job!
Anadalien - You're doing a good job on staying consistant! I could use a lesson in staying consistant!!
Lisa - I like the glue idea! The ball would be permenantly stuck to you so you could be walking down the street and break out into some pushups! Keep up the good work!!!
Jimmie- I can't believe you are at the shins!!! SHOWOFF!!! I love it!
Everyone is doing a fantastic job!
Best Wishes! Saty
