WELCOME! Yup you are on the chart for this month too! I just posted the sign up thread for October, so be sure to check it out. As for a rest day or not, if I'm going for quanity then I try to rest, but if I'm doing 10 really good ones, I try to do them everyday. You'll get a feel for it.
