Would anyone like to join me starting tomorrow walking 4 miles a day all but Sunday? That would be 22 days at 4 miles a day = 88 miles. Plus, I will still live up to my 100 crunches / situps a day.
walking is a great exercise! I walked all the way to goal. if you are treadmilling your miles click my treckie and come jopin us. if not their is a millage challenge going on too.
there is a great walk across america site too called first stepper. ADBB walked across the USA last yr as a group.
crisco, why don't you join up in one of the existing challenges? there's one for mileage and one for crunches/abs. it's never too late to join and you would have company, which is what you wanted in the first place. we'd be happy for you to join in!

just watch, in this forum, for a thread to start. for example, the mileage one might say BIKING, WALKING, TREADMILL MILEAGE CHALLEGE FOR OCTOBER. just sign in to the thread and let the leader know you joining and how many miles you are committing to. a couple of the challenge leaders are even posting a chart so everyone can see how everyone else is doing.
the new threads usually pop up about the last week of the month so be watching!
have you ever checked out the presidential challenge? it's more of an individual challenge but you can join the adbb group and the challenge at any time and almost anything that you do activity wise counts towards your points. you'll find info on this challenge in one of the stickies at the top of exercise challenges forum, the forum you are in right now.
