I'm so enjoying this challenge! It's amazing how good exercising feels. Before, it was a chore. Now I know that doing my exercises coupled with doing Atkins is worth the time and effort! Whooo hooo. Felt good to go out in my jeans this morning to bring daughter to doctor.
Not all binding and gasping for breath. Even daughter said, "OH? mamma working on a butt!?" hahahah. We have flat hinneys in this family. Maybe I"ll finally get some definition to mine!
