    WELCOME TO ANY AND ALL TREADMILLERS doing wither mins or miles.

    WE GOT A NEW MONTH AND A NEW START SO HOW MANY MINUTES OR MILES YOU DOING?

    set your own pace and as your fitness level improves increse your miles min and speed. I know when I was a beginner 2MPH made me feel like Rocky at the top of those steps but now 2MPH and I'd walk off the front of the treadmill.

    you need to figure your monthly total as your commitment to this challenge and post it in here and then just count them down or up every day in this topic. You can use miles, minutes or even steps.

    Don't forget to change your icon to this topic too you need to change 488098 TO 508722 in your sting of siggy code or copy the whole code string and delete the 4*s.

    For September, my challenge was 450 minutes, 15 minutes a day and completing 485 minutes.

    For October, I am going to challenge myself with 620 minutes, 20 minutes a day.

        Did my 330 mins last month.

        420 mins is my goal for this month, and I'm going to try increasing my speed too.
        Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
        STAC Restart: 1/05/09
        306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

        Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
        Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

        Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
        Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
        Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
        Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

          I'm sticking with my 60 min HIIT which in and of itselft will increase my speedand or incline to get those max heart rates 3 times a week and the 45 min cardio.

              did my cardio today 45 min. I don't count the warm up and cool down stuff but any body else can count theirs if they want. I know in our early days many folk did.

                          Hi Everyone! I would like to join. I finally got to my treadmill which was stored in my pantry folded up with a heavy butcher block on wheels in front of it. I feel proud I started again. SO far I have walked almost everyday this week between a mile and 1/2 . Never less than 25 +mins. at a time. I never thought I would be so good about doing this. Last week I was lucky I could walk 1/2 a block without a really bad backache. Oh well let me shut up I might put the wammy on myself

                          Fri.=1 1/4

                              I managed to get in three 15 minute regular walking sessions at the beach while I was on the road so much. (Oct. 4th,5th and 6th), so 45 minutes. I'll be back on the treadmill later today.
