    Welcome Dashly and Pru. It's good to have you both aboard. Pru, glad you were able to get to your treadmill. Mine was in the folded up position making a fine clothes rack. I know what you mean about your improvements. If it weren't for 2big4my having this challenge, I'd still be huffing and puffing just walking down the hallway.

                              Hi all: I guess it's been ab out 2 years since I worked the atkins diet (and visited the atkins forums). Of course I've gained back all I lost and some, so it's time to get serious again. I know I'm late for this challenge but it will be a good way to break me in for the next. I will walk 20 min a day for the next 11 days. Thanks for being here. Any ideas where I can get a really kewl ticker? Lisa

                                Where is 2big? (...must have her treadmill set on non stop. Everyone else must too. I hope everyone is fine and well.
