Re: Buckle Down and Get Serious 3 Month Challenge

Ok, I am lurking, watching reading...You guys rock...I am lurking on the Video Nuts-challenge...I am not going to do a video exercise, fall down and get hurt, trying to keep you to the gyrotechnics...but this is intriguing me...All I would have to do here, is report. I am already that hard core...Been on extended induction 65 days...I have not cheated. I don't write down the food, but sometimes I do fitday for days on end.
Hmmmm, I will think about it. I like the kick butt attitude here, and I plan on being right with you all the way thru Dec...well into Jan...Jan 1 is one of my days!
I'll let know you...I am so "challenged up with challenges"...

Re: Buckle Down and Get Serious 3 Month Challenge

THANKS! I figure if i buckle down and am accountable for staying serious for three months it will then be habit forming and i will continue, it will also be great support through the holidays and such. My bday is 59 days away and i would love to be 30 lbs lighter by then or at least 2 sizes smaller (i plan on making exercise a MAJOR AND ACTIVE ingredient in my life so hopefully the sizes will sloff away!). And then to me the best Christmas gift is sticking with the program. I know these are high goals, but in the past, and there have been many lol i usually lose the first 20 very very quickly usually in a month. And so, i believe this is doable, but i will take what my body gives me and WON'T get discouraged!!

Thank you for starting this challenge! I decided i am walking back into my life!!!

            Goals for Friday:

Shop for induction menu's to cook up this weekend. Start organizing kitchen for cooking and packaging. Organize thoughts and major goals, get signs and Posters up and pictures strategically places.

The only one who can win this battle of the bulge is ME!! Its time to take back me!

            Sher
May you all be losers, Sher

Re: Buckle Down and Get Serious 3 Month Challenge

              Hey abstract,
I think it is good that you have defined goals...for yourself. You have to really get into those goals and allow them to build up your will power, because when our will is stronger than our want, we win!!! That's the key...I think about 4 dates I have picked over the course of the year...They are significant to me, and I see myself living this lifestyle at those dates...Healthly, strong, active,
Hold on to your dreams, your goals and work very hard towards them all day every day..and you will build habits, real habits you can rely on, lean on, cling to if need be...It's a way of life, silly...that's what I am saying to myself today, "It's a way of life SILLY"...
              Full steam ahead!

                  Here's me for today:

Exercise: 100 so far on Ab Lounger

                  Water: Only water again today.

Food: Ate scrambled eggs for breakfast, having bacon salad for lunch and have pork chops in crock pot for dinner. YUM!!!

Goal: Part of my goal is to get as much done as possible and wean from the internet. I find myself lurking instead of doing what I need to get done. I'm never on the internet on weekends and yesterday I managed to steer clear as well. I would like to post every other day maximum for now. Let's see how I do.

                        Hey all!!!

Still doing well with the Challenge. I'm weaning off the 'net, lost 2 more lbs., redid my kitchen, and I'm getting more energy!

Food is great. Water is ok. Exercise is doing well also.

Hey Jas, Hey Abstract, HOW's THINGS WITH YA'LL?????
