                Tamariah! You didn't telllll me the 2mile is a butt-whomper! My sister and I whined the whole way through! LOL...whined and laughed, but we made it!

                What are you trying to do???!! Make me lose weight or something!!!???

                I secretly liked it...I'm gonna do it tonight...

                      Hi, guys!! qbu, WHOOO-HOOO for reaching -- and already surpassing!! -- you video nut, you! What are you trying to do, make the rest of us look bad? Just kidding, of course -- that's awesome!

                      And congrats to all of you for making time to exercise, despite the business of the holidays -- you've been doing great! I went out of town to see relatives (Tues-Sun), and didn't bring any videos with me (duh!). I did wog (walk/jog) a couple times while I was gone, though. Anyway, that means I have to kick some video butt this week if I plan to meet my goal. And I DO plan on it!!

                      So, see y'all around -- often!

                        LOL I've never gone past the mile marker. So I don't know whats waiting for me at the end of the WATP as I move up. It will be a total surprise!
                        I do a 1/2 mile at a time

                          Did stability ball workout -- upper body and core. Sit ups on that ball (and lots of variations of them) are HARD!! I think that takes me to 10/16 (been so long I have to check my signature!)
