    Yck....Don't for get me, ya'll have already started and I am overcoming yesterday's finish...Ok, I was going to go BOLD and head for 210miles but I have rethought this whole thing and with the weather changing, I am going for 150mi this month!!!!
    I am in, all the way in!!!!!

          rosecat - once you are out of town on business, just update when you can or when you get home - even though you won't have access to a pc we will still all be with you in spirit cheering you on!


          Twilight - did you want to pledge 50 miles or 60? in your post you said 60 but on your siggy it says 50 - either one is awesome! Just let me know so I can keep my records straight. Thanks!


          Outback Jess - glad you could join us! I have horrid winter weather where I live too. I'm so thankful for the WATP tapes!

              Happy Thursday Ladies!

              We had a touch of snow last night, just enough to make me nervous going outside later - for those of you who haven't known me through a winter yet, I usually take a grand fall off the steps or I've been dragged on the ground by my dog almost every fall/winter since I've moved to Norway.

              Ladies! Ladies! Lets move our hiney's and get our mileage going!

              We Can! We Will! We Are!!!!

              I have nothing to update this morning - ok granted I did it last night and you guys are off to an awesome start, but I need something to keep me busy this morning or I'll be out making fun of the sheep in the valley and then, well you know sheep - they'll be peeking in my window one of the times when I pop in my WATP tape and making fun of me! Next thing you know these three will tell the rest of the flock and I'll be needing crowd control

              Put one foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking cross the floor! Lets go! Lets go! L E T S G O! (thats my attempt at a cheer this morning )
              Speaking of lets go.....I'm off to get my own hiney moving and start my mileage count for the day!

                  For today, I only got to walk from the train to school, which is about .75 miles. I have dance tonight and homework, so I doubt I'll have the chance to do more. I'll make up for it this weekend, though. Don't you worry.

                    ok, im in for this so i can force myself to get going to the gym again. I'm going to do the elliptical, so i'm not sure how far i'll be able to go every day. let me see how tonight goes, and come up with a number. For now I'll say 100 miles

                              I'm really proud of you ladies for getting out there and increasing your mileage! Every little bit counts - you can't have 15 miles without the first 1 mile!

                              Doesn't exercise feel good!?
                              For more years then I care to count the only exercise I ever got was from the fridge to the couch and round and round and round and thats how I got so round
                              I think of myself as a beautiful butterfly in the making - right now, I am in a cocoon of fat that is slowly melting away.....see the butterfly lady in my siggy? One day that will be me - free from fat, flying high and happy! And it all starts with the right attitude - Atkins and exercise!
                              You ladies have the right attitudes because you are here in the NMC giving it a go - thats believing in yourself and thats awesome - its also exercise as your mileage climbs and we are all on the Atkins plan!
                              Be proud of yourselves ladies - I think you are all wonderful

                                LADY HAWK...now I know where to come for inspiration....I have finally recovered from the big biking at the end of the week to cover my committments...now I popped on the bike today and did 7 mi...I expect to hike with my DD this afternoon and will report that milage later...
