    Ok it's official...I am taking today as a rest day...Major stomach upheavals, and I just can't shake it to the point of exercise...I take one rest day a week, tomorrow was that day, so I will just take it today...
    Adena, girl you need to take the wheel for a little while here...

        hmmmmm let me see if I understand the rules. We can't use "mileage from other challenges" and this Iowa challenge is 21 days, of which I've already missed......6 days. I best get a move on!

          That's terrific LADY HAWKE!!!!! Welcome to our challenge!!!! Don't consider yourself as having missed any days...everyone gets the full 3 weeks. 21 days for you miss!

                            If we are starting over - you can put 2.4 miles down for me! Thats what I walked yesterday, twice to my girls school and back - and oh my gawd - I did it just for fun!! School was out!
