Do we have a specific time to get these "legs" done in??

Or, you start a "leg" and go until you get the # of miles no matter how long it takes you?

6 weeks to complete all 3... there's no time limit for each one just the overall time so if it takes you like, 1 week to do 30mi running, 3 weeks to do 30mi elliptical, then 2 days to do 100mi biking, you're still groovy...

            Re: ADBB's KICKASS TRIATH SIGN-UP

The elliptical isn't as boring if you read a book while you're on it... then you have to focus on balancing, and you're using more muscles to do that, and you're concentrating on your book, so you're not really thinking about what you're doing as much...

              Re: ADBB's KICKASS TRIATH SIGN-UP

Sorry to be a pain, but I'd like to switch to treadmill, elliptical, stairclimber. The stairclimber holds great fear for me, but I think my butt would thank me.

And oh my gosh 13_Jane - how do you stay on it for an hour?! I've only ever managed 12 minutes! Plus I'd go insane from boredom! I need to get my MP3 sorted for this challenge. We need some 'pumpin tunes' - any suggestions? Perhaps this challenge could have a theme song...

                  Re: ADBB's KICKASS TRIATH SIGN-UP

Mmmmkay, so it's funny we're talking about music 'cause last night I went apey with finding new stuff to listen to, and my top ones are:

Find Yourself - Brad Paisley (from the Cars Soundtrack, but it's cute and you can sing along to it)
                  Happy - Saving Jane
                  Through Glass - Stone Sour
And She Said - Lucas Prada

I don't sing along like some people... *gives weird look to Jane* but I always fear that I will by mistake 'cause I get so caught up in listening to them that I don't pay attention to anything else...

I think as a theme song, the whole Rocky tiger's eye thing is still a classic for *any* form of challenge.

                  Baarb - I switched you.

                    Lyssie,

Sorry, but my brain has been trying to tell me something - I'm away from a gym from 20thDec to 3rd Jan so I need to change the order, if that's ok, as running is the only thing I can do when staying with crazy relatives who live in the middle of nowhere.

So, if it's ok, I'll do elliptical, stairclimber and treadmill (running). Last change, I promise And yeah, you're right, you can't beat eye of the tiger. How my BF laughed when I bought the CD

It's really sad but whenever I hear that song, it's like, I can do anything!! I'm a sick sick woman, I know.
