    Hi,

    I'd like to join this challange.

    Starting today, 6th Dec, I will do at least 20 minutes per day/500 minutes for the month of December.

    Highest weight 23/10/2006 317 lbs (22 stone 9 lbs)
    Atkins start weight 28/11/2006 307.5 lbs (21 stone 13.5 lbs)
    CW 296 lbs (21 stone 2 lbs)
    GW 154 lbs (11 stone)
    Lost on Atkins 11.5 lbs
    Total loss 21 lbs
    Try to drink at least 4.5 litres of water a day.

      Ok, today I did 2.03 miles on the treadmill. I am surprized I lasted that long. I should have matched yesterdays, but I couldn't take one more step. Anyway until next timePru

            Hi,

            I can't go to the gym tonight so I went out for a dog walk instead. Unfortunately my dog is in season so we can't go to our usual places so I only did 15 minutes today.

              today I couldn't walk as much due to pain in my foot. but I did 1.25 miles. Now I'm limping, doh! I think I might have to take tomorrow off if my feet don't stop hurting.

                40 minutes on treadmill for me, plus walking at the mall while shopping (more shopping than walking though. )

                Pru. Sorry to hear bout your pain. It's good to hear you know when to take it easy, so not to make things worse.

                    I didn't manage to do anything yesterday but I made up for it today with a 50 minute dog walk.

                          Well I skiped my walking this weekend, due to running around shopping, or just plain didn't have the energy, But today I did 2.01 miles so I am glad I got that in. I hope your all doing well, and losing better than I am.
