      3 miles yesterday on the gazelle
      Female, 30 , 5'9
      234/182.0/not shopping in the fat girl store.
      start 1/9/06 (down 49.5inches as of 7/7/06)
      10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
      (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
      Foods I cannot have-
      Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
      spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


      I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

        welcome back, tam!!!

        good thing too, because looking at the updated numbers tells me i forgot to log some miles yesterday! yikes!! and i want credit for every single tenth mile i ride!
        i think i forgot to add something else too. cause my numbers don't jive with yours.

        i did double duty that day and i forgot to add what i did yesterday.

        24 jan
        6.6 miles.

        that should match my total on my challenges spreadsheet with 93.4/120

                            I've been running a few km. Not enough, I know, but slowly , slowly..

                            I will have to adjust my goals for next month so it becomes more realistic

                              Today Caitlin and I did 5mi without Adena!!! She is in miami! Caitlin ran the whole thing, slowly, but no walking...I walked a bit here and there but totally WORE my neighbor OUT!!!! She is wasted, the 5 miles did her completely in..She said my pace is so much stronger now, she could not walk along side of me...(imagine that)
