      I wish. The dance class was a last minute snap decision thing since the instructor is awesome and there weren't that many people going.

        40 mins cardio today, only 100 abs (stomach hurts today) and water is on track so far

              No cardio, no crunches, 1 liter water. I was in bed until 1 pm sick.

                Just 3 litres of water today, really didnt feel like going to the gym


                26 yr 5'2 F
                Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                        Thursday: 45 minutes Ashtanga yoga, pilates abs 100.
                        Friday: 45 minutes weight training + 80 abs at 40 lb resistance.

                          they only do the yoga on a saturday, so if my hairdresser is finished in time tomorrow i'm going to try it!!!

                            Thursday did 15 minutes eliptical and 20 minutes cycling. 100 abs and some work on upper body using weight machines. 5 liters of water.

                              I won't be here this weekend so i'll post now. 3 liters of water each day including today. Lots of walking i don't know how much but i am sure it will be hrs of cardio. LOL See Ya all on monday!
