    Kylie, please add one more mile to my total for today. Geoff and I felt adventurous so we went out for a walk in the snowmelt-flooded streets.

                        1.77 for Tuesday 20/20 (8.42/15.00). Better get moving if I'm going to make it!




                        The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.

                        I lost 4.8 lbs before Atkins. I started Atkins 2/10/07 and have lost 11.2 lbs so far.

                            5 Miles for me today - hiked the steep parts and jogged the flatter terrain of the trail

                            I might have to ride the treadmill for an hour or two here if I'm going to get some good mileage in!
                            Female - Age 30 - 6 feet tall
                            Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
                            Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.

                            Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

                            Weight in January of 2007: 169 lbs size 8
                            Goal? To be solid and tight with no flab!
