  • March Vidiot's Choice Challenge

    Come one, come all!

    Do you enjoy exercising to videos, but don't want to be locked into one routine day in and day out? Do you like pilates? rebounding? yoga? circuit training? kick boxing? aerobics? Cathe? Firm? Tracie Long Training? Yoga Booty Ballet? Slim Training? Billy Banks? Power 90? Are you just curious about what all those things are?

    Please consider joining me, Soliwit, Biogeek, and Speedy for a "Vidiots Choice" challenge. Just pledge some number of video workouts to be completed during the month of March and come here to post your routine, get new ideas, and commiserate as we sweat!

      Count me in on this. I'll do 31 video workouts in the month of March. And this month I'll be sure to post on a daily basis.

        I pledge to do atleast 22 - but more when the DH works the weekends! (I dont wanna do that around him, I look stupid & sweaty) ha!

            So cool! Yeah QBU and Speedy! I'll do my first one tonight - either Mix it Up or Pilates, depending on how wiped out I am.

                  Okay... I kept on plugging, didn't do much posting (sorry guys!) February turned out to be a CRAZY month! (one of the Cocoboys was charged with FELONY ASSAULT for contacting another player during a soccer match.... UGH!... went to court yesterday.... got a "INNOCENT" verdict....YAY!!)

                  Anyway... I'm hoping to have a bit more time to do the net surfing that I'd like to do!!

                  I'm in - I'll mix up the Keep it off, Shape it Up, Firm it Ups.... I pledge to do 20-24 workouts.

                  Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
                  Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)

                        You probably understand that I didn't get to do anything today, well err, challengewise that is, heh.
                        But you can count me in on this one !
                        I also do 22 this month !
                        I'll do my workouts with billy blanks cardio 2004, weeeheeeeeeeeeeeee (no pixie for me for a while )
