    OOOOO, that sounds good! I'm gonna have to try it!!! I bought a second ball to have in my office for doing extra stretches. Sometimes, I just sit on it instead of my usual chair.

      bio, do you need to update your totals for this challenge?

        Yeah, I'm not the greatest when it comes to updating my siggy. I know I'll go over my time for the challenge, which means I'll have to have a higher number for next month.

              i love the stretches too. after i climb the large amount of flights, the stretches really feel good.

                                i don't think i'll be getting anything done with the ball today. this week i'll be able to finish up the challenge though.

                                change of plans and an edit
                                i went ahead and did 26 minutes to finish my challenge up.

                                15 minutes of the strething on demand tv plus the following:
                                chest press
                                pull overs
                                pushups
                                torso twist
                                shoulder press
