I missed the first few days but I can make up for them... I wanna do 200 a day.. I know I can do it!! I better get started now.. Thats 400 for the first 4 days to catch up! Spread throughout the day of course..

Hang in there Thumper. When I first started this challenge a few months ago, I could only do 25. Then I made it up to 50 per day. It gets easier! I strayed for a month and got back into the challenge this month. Last night I got back up to 50 again.
You can do it!!!

Thumper - my abs are killing me today too!!! but at least you know you're hitting the right spot!! I used an ab roller last night - wow it hits the spot!!! lol

Okay.. I finally got all 400 in for the day to start catching up. I'm so pumped to lose this weight I've put in a high number of 200 a day! haha. What was I thinking?! I'm GONNA do it!! Woo Hoo.
