        I'm really sucking on my mileage this month...been really crazy between moving, two going to prom(and making one dress) I've been catching my exercise however I can. But now that Im done with my excuses I'm gonna make a valiant effort to not fall completely off the running wagon.

                        question, you know how they have different cycles like fat burner, or aerobic, or ???
                        what is the best one to pick? I've been using Fat burner
