      6 miles on my step machine tonight!!

      Well done everyone who's moved onto the second activity!!!! hopefully I should be starting mine on Saturday if I can finish the step machine off tomorrow night!!

          So, I was wondering if it would be okay to change my exercise plan? Instead of running (my final exercise), may I go back to the stair-stepper to complete the triathalon?

            HaHA Lys, very funny! I can just imagine the whole big guy verses the little guy thingy too, only in my version David beats Goliath! Remember? LOL

            So I did 125 flights today. Grrrrr. I wanted to hit the 150 mark, but tomorrow is my last day and I only need 100 more flights till I go to leg 2. Oh well!

            after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

                    Wasn't feeling it at all today - my body wants to rest! But can't or will fail in 6WEC. Might do yoga or something instead tommorrow. I kept have muslce pain all up my body so only got another 1.9 miles to report (had to leave to get bus lol otherwise woukld have rounded up ). Mostly walking again! This 3k is looking impossible...blah...lame....

                      Yippppeeeeee! I got it done! I however never want to walk up another flight of stairs ever and have decided to look for a bungalo instead fo a two storey house. LOL

                      100 flights done today so I got my 1000 flights in. I am starting to wog as of tomorrow, and will keep going until that one is done. LOL

                              Do you guys have a good *reason* to switch?? The challenge is supposed to break us out of our normal exercise habits and make us do new things, *and* kick your butt hard enough to make finishing something to brag about...

                                No, no good reason to switch. I'm a new jogger, so I don't know how many miles I can really do in a day. I usually do 1 or 2 miles at a time. That would take my 3rd leg of this challenge a LONG TIME to complete. Eek!
