Lyssie, I checked out the website for KATA as well. I like it! Very colourful on the black background. I did 10 more flights tonight, that puts me at 30 flights for today. So, 90/1000.

after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

Well, I have never been much of an exercizing person, so this challenge is just to get me moving. I propbably won't even come close to completing it, but it has been great for me because I keep trying to think of ways to get my miles in. I am really sore from jumping and I hope to get to the gym tomorrow so I can do more in one day. I am counting my jumping so far as one mile? But I may be off. So I am up to 2 miles done.
