Mine has two dvd's one with Burn and the other one with Warm it up, Ramp it up, Limber and 6 Pack. Does yours have a flippy thing in the middle of the case? Mine has a plastic piece in the middle and one disc is on the front and the other is on the back.

I almost made it to the si6 dvd last night but we had huge storms roll through and my power went out while I was finishing up the treadmill. I know…perfect excuse right? Anyway…more storms coming in tonight so I think I am just going to hold off and start next Monday since the chart is set up that way anyhow. I may practice the first workout out one night this week but my official start date has been moved to Monday the 7th.

Mine had 2 dvd's too...I just didn't read what was on them before posting. that was a big DUH on my part!

Hi, I'm Caryl, and I'm new to the board. I've lurked since February, though. I read about some of you doing the slim in 6, and I got my dvd's, too. I started Tuesday, May 8. I talked my 12 yo daughter into doing it with me. I'm trying to show her some positive attitudes towards food and exercise. She doesn't have a weight problem, she's in track and cross country, but I thought this would keep her going into the summer. I've got 2 weddings to go to this summer, niece and nephew, and want to be in better shape by July 28. I haven't had a regular exercise plan so far, and am hoping this will get me inspired to stay active.

Finally Started! I did start it up yesterday and I am soooooooooo sore today! How long did you do start it up before going to the next part? Dose anyone do more than one section per day? I need to do the loose and limber section and the abs but man that one part almost did me in!

hi dixie! head over to "slim in 6:help me look hot in my wedding dress challenge." most of us are checking in over there now. i was really sore for about 3 days....then i moved up to the ramp it up video for the rest of that week and another one. yesterday i started on burn it up....thought i was gonna die...so far i have just done the daily workout ....i just don't have much more time than that

Dixie 77, I did the Start it up for 6 days, but I'm old and uncoordinated so it took that long to feel like I was doing it right. I was amazed at how much stronger I felt in just a few days, so stick with it! The slim & limber helps a lot. It's really not hard, it just stretches you out. It really helps with the soreness. I've only done the abs workout once. Probably need to do it more, but time is an issue right now with the end of school coming up. I see some results already, and I've only done this a week, so I think it'll help if you do it regularly. We post under Challenges in the Misc Forums. Hope to see you there!
