    Welcome to the May Mileage Challenge!!!

    This is the same challenge we just finished for April, but its now for May!! Lets see if we can really dig in, get moving and all make goal!!!!

    For those of you who don't know me.....I'm LadyHawke and I'll be your hostess!

    I pledge 300 miles for May .

    tam, i'll be moving in about 2 weeks or less. won't be able to report much... maybe... depend on the cable guy and with all the moving my regular exericse is going to take a beating BUT i want to pledge to finish out my personal 1000 mile biking challenge and to do that i have to get in 97 miles. so that's my goal for the busy month of may. 97 miles.

      100 miles again for May here, mostly bike. Would like to have a personal goal of walking a mile in 30 minutes or less by the end of the month. So I might make notes of that here.

            Go ahead and up mine to 125 miles this month. I got in 9.25 miles today on the bike.

                you know what tam? just take that 97 miles for me and make it 100. so what...i go over my 1000 miles by 3, no big deal.

                    Hi I would like to join, since joining the 6wk challenge, i have been getting some miles in so why not join two right, well i will start with 60 for this month. And all i got in today was a 1.5, not starting off to good lol. Will get better though!!!

                      hmmm....if i run 1 mile day---31 miles...
                      add in walk 1 mile....62 miles this month...
                      I'll try for more.

                      since I didn't walk today...
                      lets say 60 miles this months!

                      1/60 done.
                      So....I fell off the band wagon...BUT I'M BACK!!! More Ready than ever!

                            6.5 miles for me today. Did 20 minutes on the treadmill for 1.1 miles and 23 minutes on the bike for 5.4 miles.
