                    3 miles on bike today, .5 a mile on treadmill and .5 on elliptical, so a total of 4 miles

                      2.25 miles on a recumbant bike.

                      My therapist offered it this morning, knowing the weather this weekend wasn't good for bike riding! Hey yeah, I jumped at the chance!
