      ARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!

      Such good intentions I had, but I guess I'm out of the challenge this month. Right after I posted I had a flare up of Shingles. The blisters are starting to dry out, and I thought maybe I could try to work out a little, and then I broke a bone in my foot last night.

      I guess the good news is I'm on track with my eating.

      Behave everyone.... I'll be watching

          KntryLady - so sorry to hear about your woes. My best friend has shingles and I know she's in agony when they flare up. And I hope your foot heals quickly!

                kntrylady, i am so sorry to see mess you are in. shingles are not very condusive to ball exercise or anything else for that matter. it takes so long to heal up. we'll watch for ya in the coming months, august still might be way early to join us.

                          yep, cynthia, the numbers are doable if you get some minutes done each day! we're pulling for ya !!!

                          today i did all 4 of the programs i taped. i found, when i did all of them that one day before vacation, my abs were so sore the next 2 days. must be doing some good to do all of them. that would be 45 minutes worth.

                                oh sorry, didn't mean to mislead. the 45 minutes was the total time for all 4 programs. lower body, upperbody, stretching, abs and back work. 45 minutes of just abs would kill me!

                                i'm taking this day off from the ball. i did start it up and some stair stepping stool work today.
