      I'm going to try this challenge for the 3rd time, and this time, I am going to complete it, come h-ll or high-water. I'm only pledging 50 miles, but all of them have to be running miles -- 10 miles per week. I MUST, MUST get my milage back up and make running a part of my regular routine again. Once a week is NOT enough!

          Got home at 11pm and did my bike for 5 miles... gonna try and really pace myself better this month and do a little bit everyday... we'll see.

                Today 2 miles running, 2.06 miles biking.

                        logging in 6 mile bike ride tonight after work... 7/2... crazy what I do in the middle of the night... only meant to go 5 miles but book was good and lost track of time/miles.lol.
