  • Push up Challenge July

    After looking at my photo, and doing my measurements... I decided I need to do something to make my arms and bust smaller... so I'm starting this challenge for myself mostly but if anyone wants to join me... come on in.
    I am pleadging 30 pushups a day for the month... 10 of each kind (hands pointed up, out and in to work all muscles in the arm...)Argh!! Just did them and could hardly finish... hopefully will be able to add as the month goes on.

    Hope, I'll join you! Pushups are THE BEST exercise to work your upper body without equipment or fancy schmancy gym machines. And my pushups SUCK!

    So I will pledge to do 50 a day for the month of July starting Tomorrow. So that's 1350 total...oh my gosh. But I'm going to do it!

                Jamie, They have to!!! Keep challenging your self throughout the month and I'll bet we'll all see a big difference. The army, the marines, the firemen, the police,.... they are all strong dudes they are always dropping down to do 10, 20, 100... We'll be strong AND beautiful!! Whoo hooo!

                  I thought about it for a little while and decided I want to do 30 a day instead of 15, so thats 810 for the month!

                    Hey,

                    I'd like to join you - it's a great idea. I am a total wuss at these so I'll go for 30 per day for the rest of the month - and hopefully build up to doing them in one go! That's 930.

                    Question - are you all doing real press-ups or girly on your knees ones? I'm going to try to work up to real ones...

                        I did my 50 for today! 2 sets of 25...I was going to try to do all 50 without stopping, but ahhh I'm not quite to that strength level yet! Perhaps by the end of July, though, huh?

                            It was about a month ago so not very up to date but I was sick on my pasty white legs in the other picture.

                              lol barb! That's funny... I could hardly do mine and got a foot cramp right in the middle of my last set... at the gym so could writhe on the floor as I wished to....
