Ideas for kids, too
- kids can walk their dog or a neighbor's dog
- encourage kids to play actively while waiting for the school bus - jumping rope, hopscotch, etc...
- send the kids on errands they can walk to safely - such as a neighbor's house or a nearby store

Purple Rain, I'm not sure if I'm going to make my goals this week either, but I raised them for this week anyway, too. Since I won't be going out of town this week I figure I'll be getting more steps in.

I pledge 65,000 this week. Only 5,000 extra so not much of an increase... but I suspect I'll have a quieter week than last.
