I did 9,575 today! Instead of sitting in the van waiting for daughter to get out of youth, I got my butt out of the car and walked around the church until she came out. I'm trying to make the walking a lifestyle thing, too!

yes i've joined but i think my numbers are going to be quite different. i plan on only using the pedometer when jack and i walk the trail. everything else i do is so stop and go and i'm not getting an accurate reading by doing that.
is 15,000 steps per week too low?

15000's not too low, Jimmie! You just need a figure to shoot for.

                        I had 2,900 for Thursday--bad day, don't ask

i really don't have a weekly goal for this week but i walked 1645 steps in walmart picking up a few things.

my total for this week was 7626 steps. that was a walk in the park, literally, the walk thru wm and a walk through my house. i can walk in a complete circle downstairs and i did that for 671 steps the other day as a test. lol
so for week 6 i'll come up with a good target and officially join.
