Re: August Abs Challenge - Sign up and Report Thread
Wow, okay, I did the 11 minute Slim & 6 pack video but I couldn't count how many crunches there were while doing it. I tried and then lost count, so I watched it afterwards just to count and it came out to about 364! So 364 every other day is 5824! Wow, so I'll do it!
Re: August Abs Challenge - Sign up and Report Thread
Ok....I simply forgot the date yesterday, and didn't do my crunches, but boy did I make up for it today! 150 crunches down plus my pilates....I have to admit I hurt a little, but to feel those stomach muscles burn under that "protective layer" of fat feels damn good. And...............I am officially down 20 Pounds today!! Woo Hoo!!!!! Good luck everyone in the challenge, and have a great day!!
Re: August Abs Challenge - Sign up and Report Thread
Am I too late to sign up?
Tomorrow will be my last day of induction, and after seeing Lyssie's inspiring photo story, I've decided it's time for me to get back on the exercise horse.
I'll start slow (??), pledging 1000 for August. I havent done crunches in over a year, so we'll see how it goes!
