    I do it like this every time i p i drop down and do pushups which is alot cause i drink alot of water i recently went from 15 time to 17 so i figure 17x10x31=5270 wow it doesnt seem like i do that much because its just so broke up its prolly like closer to 4k though because not everytime i p 10 times LOL.

      Your bathroom must be bigger than mine! I'd hurt myself trying to do pushups in mine.

      Took another rest day--really going to have to work it when I feel better.

              Are the girlie push-ups bothering anyones knees?

              Mine have been hurting pretty bad, so I'm going to have to do all regular push-ups from now on. I won't be doing as many, but I think I will still make my goal. Today, I did 25 on my knees and 25 regular push-ups.

                I hate to be the bearer of bad news here but "girlie pushups" are worthless inless you are very weak. I would say 50 "girlie pushups"= `1 egular pushup 5 regular pushups=1 army pushup. Even if you can only do 1 real pushup do that dont waste your time with "girlie pushups". But I will say if thats all you can do is "girlie pushups" it's better then nothing.

                  Hey, Tyler--sorry, I guess I misunderstood about the bathroom!

                  And some of us haven't done pushups since we were 12, so you have to start somewhere! Girlie ones build up strength, too--especially if you go slow and feel it all the way up and down. I can definitely tell the difference in my arms and shoulders, and all I've done is girlie ones so far! I'm still aiming for the real thing, but the girlie ones definitely work.

                      You are absolutely correct I am just saying if at all you can even do one I would rather do that because you will get more results doing one over and over but yes in your case it is deffintly better then nothing. It's like they say better to run fast 15 minutes then jog 30. In any case keep up the good work any excercise is better then no excercise
