i did some figuring and have come up with 65,000 steps for the week. it will require me to walk some on my own without jack but we'll see how i do.

I'm sticking with 65,000 this week as I didn't make target last week. It's got me determined though! Gonna be dancin around the house, for sure!

i have a question....
can your pedometers be set to climb stairs instead of forward steps? i don't seem to be able to do that with mine.

i tried it out, just testing things and for once up and once down the stairs, at 14 steps per flight the pedometer said i did anywhere from 48 to 55. should have only registered 28. i was just going to try to use it for my flights when i use the step stool but i think it's going to be a no go.
i even changed the stride number but that didn't help any.
